I'M RUNNING LATE!
WHAT DO I DO?
It happens to all of us, and we get it! However, if you're going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment (and you don't let your stylist know), your stylist reserves the right to cancel the appointment and charge the appropriate cancelation/no-show fee.
IS THERE PARKING?
There is paid parking on Oak Street, or free parking on side streets. Pro-tip: Oak Street gets pretty tight, so we recommend parking on a side street!
WHEN DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?
There are a few scenarios when a consultation may be necessary:
1) If you're unsure of what color service you need
2) If you're a first-time fashion color appointment
3) If you'd like to come in and speak one-on-one about budget options
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION/NO-SHOW POLICY?
Should you no-show or cancel in less than 24 hours, your stylist reserves the right to charge 50% of the requested service.
